Chandrapur News : वृद्ध आई-वडिलांचा सांभाळ करण्यास नकार देणाऱ्या मुलांना आता चपराक बसणार असून, शासनाची याकडे करडी नजर आहे. मागील वर्षी अशाच एका प्रकरणात मुलाला चपराक बसली आहे. मूल तालुक्यातील राजोली येथील भास्कर दामोधर ठिकरे यांनी आईचा सांभाळ करण्यास नकार दिल्यानंतर

उपविभागीय अधिकारी मूल यांच्याकडे 17 नोव्हेंबर 2022 रोजी केलेल्या तक्रारीनुसार संबंधित मुलाला दरमहा 3 हजार रुपये देण्याचा आदेश 25 जानेवारी 2023 रोजी तत्कालीन उपविभागीय अधिकारी महादेव खेडकर यांनी दिला होता.

 यावरून आई- वडिलांचा सांभाळ न करणाऱ्यांना आता शासनाची चपराक बसणार आहे. विशेष म्हणजे, चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील हे पहिलेच प्रकरण असल्याचे म्हटले जात आहे. शासनाने ज्येष्ठ नागरिक निर्वाह न्यायाधिकरण तथा उपविभागीय अधिकारी यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली आई वडील आणि ज्येष्ठ पालक तथा नागरिक देखभाल आणि कल्याण कायदा 2007 चे कलम 5 अन्वये आई-वडिलांचा सांभाळ न करणाऱ्या व्यक्तीला त्यांच्या उपजीविकेसाठी दरमहा रक्कम त्यांच्या उत्पन्नाचे स्रोत बघून देण्याची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे.

आई-वडील आणि ज्येष्ठ पालक तथा नागरिक देखभाल आणि कल्याण कायदा 2007 चे कलम 5 अन्वये जी मुले आई-वडिलांचा सांभाळ करण्यासाठी नकार देतात, अशा व्यक्तींनी ज्येष्ठ नागरिक निर्वाह न्यायाधिकरण तथा उपविभागीय अधिकारी विशालकुमार मेश्राम यांच्याकडे तक्रार द्यावी.

The death of a woman on Christmas Day in the Cable Beach area of Broome is being investigated by homicide investigators.

Australia : Detectives from the Homicide Squad are traveling to the town of Broome in Kimberley to look into the death of a woman on Christmas Eve. 
According to police, the 30-year-old woman was discovered at 6 o'clock with severe head injuries.
After being admitted to the hospital for treatment, she passed away. 
A thirty-year-old man is helping the police with their investigations.
In the Cable Beach area of Roe Place, a crime scene has been set up.

Paris : On Monday, a ROMANIAN plane carrying 276 passengers—mostly Indians—departed for India, four days after they were taken into custody by French officials at a Parisian airport on suspicion of "human trafficking." "Shortly after 14:30 pm (local time), the plane—which had been grounded since Thursday—departed,” stated BFM TV, a French news radio and television network. The 303-person charter flight headed for Nicaragua that took off from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was forced to land at the Vatry airport, 150 km east of Paris, on Thursday over suspected “human trafficking”. The passengers include a 21-month-old child and 11 unaccompanied minors. On Sunday, the French authorities allowed the A340 aircraft, operated by Romanian company Legend Airlines, to resume its journey. According to the Marne prefecture, the plane had 276 passengers on board.

In fact, 25 people—including two minors—have declared their desire to seek for asylum and are still in France. The station reported that two more people who were taken before a judge on Monday were freed and put on aided witness status. The Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport will analyze the asylum application.
