13. Survival
While you use the platform, these terms, as well as any changes, modifications, or amendments, will remain in full force and effect, including the provisions relating to intellectual property, representations and warranties, liability, indemnification, and all other provisions. This agreement will remain in effect until terminated.
14. Your agreement with My Khabar24
14.1 Any violation of this agreement may subject you to legal liability, and nothing in this agreement should be construed to grant any rights to a third party. You are solely responsible for your actions and conduct while using the platform, as well as any consequences.

15.3 Giving false information when signing up: Reboost My Khabar24 Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deactivate the user's account and "give" or "not" give referral benefits if the account is found to have been misused or misused.
